Gaza’s Health Ministry has confirmed that six more people, including a child, have died from famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, highlighting the worsening humanitarian crisis under Israel’s ongoing blockade. The latest fatalities raise the total number of hunger-related deaths in the territory to 367, among them 131 children. Officials and aid groups warn that the toll is likely to climb further as food and medical supplies remain critically restricted, with international agencies repeatedly calling for unhindered access to deliver life-saving assistance. The ministry stressed that the majority of victims are among the most vulnerable — children, the elderly, and the chronically ill — who are unable to withstand prolonged deprivation. Despite global appeals, aid convoys into Gaza remain heavily limited, leaving hundreds of thousands at risk of starvation.
